By accessing or using any TrustAI products or services, including but not limited to the "Authenticator: 2FA & Passkey", "AI PDF Converter: Files to PDF", "AI Passport & ID Photo Maker" application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS")and standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA) . Please review these terms carefully as they define your rights, obligations, and limitations when using our services.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from a legal guardian. By registering for an account or using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
License to Use Our Products
TrustAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our products strictly for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of our products, except as expressly permitted by applicable law or with our prior written consent.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of security related to your account. TrustAI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.
Use of Our Products
You agree to use our products only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these TOS. You are prohibited from using our products to:
- Engage in any form of unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data;
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our services, servers, or networks.
TrustAI reserves the right to take appropriate action, including termination of access, if we determine that you are misusing our products or violating these terms.
Premium Subscription
With an Authenticator Premium subscription, you unlock full access to all premium features designed to enhance your security experience. This subscription is billed annually based on the plan you select. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase, and your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at which point the renewal cost will be confirmed.
You can easily manage your subscription settings at any time. To disable auto-renew, simply go to Settings > iTunes & App Store on your device, select your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, go to Subscriptions, and select Cancel Subscription for the Authenticator app. Please note that any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
All fees and charges are non-refundable. If you need assistance with canceling your subscription or would like to explore other premium service options, please reach out to our support team.
Termination of Services
TrustAI may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to our products and services at any time, with or without prior notice, if you breach these TOS or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use our products will cease immediately, and any data associated with your account may no longer be accessible.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the TrustAI products, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, logos, and all content, are owned by TrustAI or its licensors. You are granted no rights to any TrustAI intellectual property beyond those expressly stated in these TOS. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By using our products, you consent to the data practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
Our products may integrate with third-party services, such as cloud storage or authentication providers. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of service of any third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will be available at all times or free from errors or interruptions. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

Governing Law
These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrustAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
